You only need to return us the filled form (download here) via email. You will then receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your participation to our event.

We would like to offer 6 participants the opportunity to showcase their work during this symposium. Therefore we would like to encourage you to submit your abstract using the following template by July 26th, 2017.

We also would gladly appreciate your participation for the preparation for the "Face to face" career workshop. The purpose is to encourage discussion between the participants and the lecturers from different backgrounds and nationalities. The lecturers will be asked to be prepared to discuss their background and we would like to ask you to submit to us questions or points that you would like to discuss with them so that they can also be prepared to discuss these during the workshop.
